Recipes for Christmas Dinner - Stuffed Bone In Ham
A delicious twist on the traditional baked ham, baked with stuffing on the ham.
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 / 2 cup celery, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 / 2 cup butter, cubed
1 / 4 cup egg substitute
3 / 4 cup milk
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 / 2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 / 4 teaspoon salt
6 cups soft bread cubes, 1/4-inch thick
1 (12 pound) fully cooked ham

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large skillet saute the onion, celery and parsley in butter until they are soft.
In a large bowl, replace the egg, milk, sage, thyme and salt. Add cut the bread into cubes and vegetable mixture, even throw.

1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
3 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/8-inch slices
2 / 3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 13x9x2-inch baking one form.
In a large saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour; everything until smooth. Gradually into the cream. Bring to a boil, stirring for 2 minutes or until the sauce has thickened. Remove from heat.
Add the rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper andPotatoes, mix well.
Transfer all of the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Cover and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
Is 8 to 10 servings.

4 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
1 / 4 cup olive oil
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
1 / 4 cup sesame seeds,Roasted
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
15x10x1-inch two-layer molds with foil.
Arrange asparagus in a single layer in baking tins. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle seasoning salt and pepper.
Bake, uncovered, for 12 to 15 minutes or until crisp and tender asparagus. Turn once during baking. Remove from the oven. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Old-Fashioned-Style Sugar-Free Lemonade
Who does not love a cool glass of refreshing lemonade, especially on hot summer days? Diabetics are always looking for drinks, not bitter, sugar, artificial flavor. Here are a few recipes that are tasty lemonade for diabetics are as good as everyone can see how their sugar intake. Both recipes are not left using Splenda granules, which must be that bitter taste found in some diet drinks.
The first recipe is a twist Berry Lemonade, our recipeBlackberries used, but you could substitute raspberries or your other favorite berry. Very tasty and refreshing, perfect for a picnic, grilling outdoors, or just relax by the pool.
BLACKBERRY TWIST LEMONADE
2 cups fresh blackberries or unsweetened frozen blackberries, thawed
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup granulated Splenda
4 cups cold water
Put berries, lemon juice and Splenda in a food processor. Process until a smooth mixture, scraping down sides. PressMixture through a sieve into a pitcher. Discard remaining solids in the sieve. Stir in water. Serve on ice.
Yield: 7 servings with 4 grams of sugar per
Our second recipe is for an old-fashioned lemonade with Splenda as a sugar.
Old-fashioned-STYLE SUGAR-FREE LEMONADE
2 / 3 cup water
1 / 2 cup Splenda granular
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 6-8 lemons)
4 to 6 cups of cold water to taste
In a large glass measuring cup, combine2 / 3 cup water and Splenda. Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes on high. Remove with caution to see and microwave the mixture, whether Splenda is completely dissolved. If not, return to microwave and heat an additional 45-60 seconds. Fill a pretty large pitcher with ice. Pour lemon juice over the ice. Add the Splenda mixture and stir well. Add 4 cups (1-qt) with cold water. Stir well blend. Taste and add additional water to your taste.
Fill a tall glass with ice, pour andYour choice of our soft drinks on the ice for a very refreshing drink in summer. And you can not relax, you know, by unwanted calories or sugar, which will raise your blood sugar levels.

Zesty LIME Cornish Hens

¼ teaspoon paprika

Wash hens, pat dry. Combine the remaining ingredients in shallow baking dish. Add hens turn to coat with the marinade. Cover and store overnight in the refrigerator. Repeatedly switching. Remove hens from the marinade. Grill on the stove, 4 inches from heat for about 1 hour oruntil done or bake in a 350-degree oven for 1 hours. Turn and baste often with remaining marinade.

TURKEY BURGERS
1 pound ground Turkey.

¼ cup onion, finely chopped
1 egg or egg white
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable cooking spray
Lettuce, tomato and onion
Combine Turkey, bread crumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, slat and peppermedium bowl. Turkey Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about ½-inch thick.

Slice leaves into bite-sized pieces by rollingseveral leaves together and cut into ¼-inch strips. Bring 2 cups of salted water to a boil in an oven or large pot. Add greens and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until leaves are bright green, drain.
Heat oil in a large heavy pan over medium heat. Garlic, crushed peppers and onions, cook for 1 minutes. Add vegetables, sugar and vinegar. Continue cooking, stirring, until greens are cooked through about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Yields 6Servings.
HERB BAKED CATFISH
2 pounds catfish fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Combine garlic and olive oil, spread evenly over the bottom of a baking disk. Combine pepper, salt, pepper,Thyme, basil and oregano. Sprinkle herb mixture on both sides of the fish. Arrange fillets on greased baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until fish is almost done.
Move the casserole dish over 4 to 6 inches from heat, and cook 4 to 6 minutes longer or until fish flakes when tested. Remove fish platter and pour pan juices over fish. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
Yields 6 servings.
